In the world of snowboarding, the Ride Berzerker and the K2 Antidote are two boards that have made a significant impact. Both boards are designed for the 2023 season and are geared towards advanced riders who are looking for a board that can handle a variety of conditions. The Ride Berzerker is a hard-charging, all-mountain board that thrives in powder and off-piste riding. It's durable, carves like a dream, and is perfect for those who love to ride fast and aggressively. On the other hand, the K2 Antidote is a versatile board that blurs the lines between freeride and freestyle. It's stiff, fast, and poppy, making it a great choice for riders who want to push their boundaries. Both boards have their strengths and weaknesses, and the choice between the two will ultimately depend on your riding style and preferences.

The Ride Berzerker Snowboard is a high-performance all-mountain board that is designed to thrive in a variety of conditions. Whether you're charging down a steep grade off-piste, surfing through powder, or carving through icy, variable conditions, the Berzerker has got you covered. Ride designed this board with a Tapered Quadratic Sidecut to increase stability and edge hold while carving. The Tip Rocker and Tail Taper lead to more float in the cold smoke. A urethane core and Carbon Slimerods give this board more durability while softening any bumps underfoot.

This board is perfect for all-mountain riding, especially if you're oriented towards powder and off-piste riding. It's durable and designed to hold up to a beating. It carves like a dream on groomers, choss, and powder. However, it's worth noting that this board is on the stiffer side, which can limit maneuverability in tight quarters. It's also not necessarily oriented towards park riding.

I got the Ride Berzerker last year as I was looking for something a little more aggressive than my old Lib Tech Cold Brew, and boy has it delivered. It is not a board for the faint of heart, it is very stiff and is designed to be ridden fast and aggressively. It holds its edge really well at high speeds and has enough bulk to get through some of the heavier snow we get here in the PNW.

The K2 Antidote Snowboard is an all-mountain board that blurs the lines between freeride and freestyle. It features a full camber profile, giving you the best edge hold, loads of pop, and it will spring out of a turn. This board has a Directional Twin shape, meaning that it is going to be almost exactly identical from tip to tail, but it's going to have a slightly longer nose than tail and a bit of a set back stance to give you a little more float on the pow days and it can still be ridden switch comfortably.

This board has a pretty stiff flex coming in at an 8/10 making it pretty similar to your Never Summer. Lastly, this board is going to feature a wax infused sintered base, making it a fast and durable base, and it also features a 3D nose contour! The Antidote is the solution to all advanced to expert level riders out there wanting a board that can handle both freeride and freestyle riding.
