Expert Reviews of the AeroPress Original Coffee Press
Christian Fogle The AeroPress Original Coffee Press is ideal for those beginning their manual brew method journey and want something tried and true. It offers recipes to try out and experiment with, and because of its reputation, it has a well-established community. I bought the AeroPress as my first manual brewer and enjoyed going from espresso-style shots to brewing cold brew back to back without having to fuss around with a ton of parts or cleaning. Its two-piece design makes it pretty easy to clean: pop out the puck, rinse it, and I'm on my way to my next brew. It's great for those who need something for traveling or on the go!

Quality of Brew
4/5
Christian Fogle gave 4 of 5 stars. Because this brewer focuses on combining pressure with immersion, users can push a variety of coffees and get some fantastic results. Personally, I love using coffees with a more traditional flavor profile to extract a full-bodied cup and smooth mouthfeel. Coffees with more complex flavors and lighter bodies can absolutely do well but may just need some adjustments when brewing.
