Orvis Dacron Backing
You need to put backing on your fly reel before you put on fly line or leader! This 100 yards of 20 pound test won't pack your reel too tightly. It's strong and durable. You can get hours and hours of use with this backing and you don't have to worry about it wearing down. It's built to last and looks great on your reel.
Scientific Anglers Mastery MPX Taper Fly Line
This is a great floating fly line for short to medium casts. Perfect for a stealthy approach on smaller streams and alpine lakes. It's important that you keep your top water (dry) fly floating, as this line will do it as well by supporting a strike indicator for shallow water nymphing. Recommended for small streams, creeks, and alpine lakes, as well as top water and shallow water nymph fishing with a strike indicator.
