Sage Pulse Fly Rod

$475.00

The pulse is a multi-application fast action Euro nyph rod. Has more length then most rods which allow you to reach water that is further away and provides a longer lever to play the fish. Also the extra length lets you go down in rod weight with for the same waters. The pulse has great sensitivity and "feel". best for light dires and small nymphs but can handle large trout with a small weight.

Anglers looking for an excellent mid-priced rod who don't want to sacrifice castability and performance. The fast action makes this rod easy to load. Many guides have these on their boats.

Perfect rod for heavy streamer fishing, light flats and inshore species, and warm water species like carp and bass.

Redington - Classic Trout Fly Rod

8 foot 3 weight rod is great for small streams and ponds. Super fun to catch fish on! Very easy casting rod! Awesome price and packs down to 6 pieces! Good for trout, panfish, and bass.

Another good all around trout rod. A little slower action (bendier) than the Orvis Clearwater, which makes it great for dry fly fishing.

Not just a dry fly rod. Really an all-around middle flex rod, so good from dries to nymphing. A good rod for all around, especially at the 5wt size.

Very versatile trout rod. Good for small midges, heavily weighted leeches on sinking lines, the sweet spot for trout fishing. Fast action, sensitive tips. Light weight in hand minimizes fatigue, increases casting efficiency.

Perfect for Colorado rivers. Not too long but plenty of power with precision. Its a tough rod as well. Echo has a good warrenty and a quick turnaround if you break.

Echo

Echo Ion XL Fly Rod 10ft 0in 8wt

From $169.99

Most budget friendly combo out there. Comes with a Liquid lamson reel which is a great reel for multi species. Rod will hold up against trout, bass, pike, and smallies. If you’re looking for a cheaper set up, and possibly move up from there in the future, this would be great as a starter rod. Very user friendly.

Echo rods have a medium-fast action, which means its easier for the starting fly-fisherman who is learning out to cast but knows how to catch fish.
