Generation of improvements
Originally posted at www.salomon.com on Jun 21, 2022I bought the top line Salomon boots in 1992. They had multiple adjustments, but allowed for walking on flat surfaces. They were extremely comfortable and were just retired after all those years of skiing in Vale, Aspen, Sun Valley, Park City, Snow Mass, Canada, Switzerland, Lake Tahoe, and Holy Hill in Milwaukee. The only difference with these new boots is the fit. Wow. Like I was born with this boot on. Mechanical boot fasteners are cute but you expect that over the years. I am now 72 and wanted something really good. The internet fit system is extremely effective.

I kind of had an idea about what i was looking for, but Tristan helped me really get dialed in with the perfect gear. He helped me with sizing the board because i was torn between getting a wide board or not. He did a great job at explaining what he liked about certain products, so it was very helpful when picking out my stuff.
