The YARI Series is a bold statement of traditional design coupled with innovative materials. Exceptionally sharp, striking in design, these hand-sharpened blades feature a unique 67-layer Damascus pattern across the face of the X-7 high-alloy full-tang blades.
- Hand crafted knives Forged from 67 Layers of special formula Cangshan X-7 Damascus Steel for incredible durability, stain resistance and exceptional edge retention.
- Rich, ultra-dense gray G10 handles balance each knife while providing exceptional comfort and precision for the chef. The G10 handle is a fiberglass based resin soaked in expoxy resin that creates a durable and beautiful handle that is impervious to water.
- Well balanced handle and blade with HRC 60 +/- 2 on the Rockwell Hardness Scale. This means that each knife is incredibly sharp with great edge retention.
