He took into account what I prioritized but also explained why a suggestion might be out of my initial request. For example, he got ahead of my question on why bindings are expensive and why it is important to not only focus on the skis but the bindings as well.

He listened and gave great advice and explained his DIRECT experience with some of the products, why he liked them, and why he liked them for me.
