Loved that there was a quick video about her, it was nice to put a face to who was helping me. I gave her all my info and absolutely loved that she didn't try to oversell or anything of the sort. Matthew was so helpful. I had no idea how complicated shopping for an espresso machine would be, and before I knew it, I was in over my head. When I found Curated, and was connected with Matthew- he distilled it all down for me. I told him what I wanted based on what I'd learned and the amount of time I could put into making a great espresso. I didn't know that you could purchase coffee grinders that are silent (super quiet) and that will be a game changer!

I purchased an espresso machine several months ago and starting having difficulties with it. I was ready to buy a brand new one because I couldn't get through troubleshooting on my own.
