What an incredibly fun and versatile all-mountain ski! When I first stepped into the Camox, I was skeptical; everyone was raving about Black Crows skis, and I was the lone curmudgeon, not wanting them to be right. But my first turns on the Camox washed all my doubts away—these skis are fun! With a 97 mm waist and a partial twin tip design, the Camox can do it all, from carving nice, easy turns on groomers, to exploring off piste, wiggling through trees and moguls and even in the park if you so desire. The flex is just right—not too stiff, not too soft—making it easy to handle in various conditions. I was most impressed with the Camox in off-piste terrain, where it was smooth and supple underfoot, seemingly absorbing every little bump in the snow. Plus, they have a playful pop that makes catching air a joy. If you're looking for a ski that can do it all, the Camox is a fantastic choice.
