Why I recommend these
Expert verdict
The Head Kore 87 Skis are a fantastic choice for those who love versatility on the slopes. What makes them stand out is their lightweight yet robust construction, thanks to the fusion of Graphene and Karuba wood. This combination ensures a responsive ride without compromising on stability. I love how they handle both groomed runs and off-piste adventures with ease. The narrow profile offers quick edge-to-edge transitions, making them perfect for carving enthusiasts. However, if you're looking for a ski that excels in deep powder, you might want to consider a wider option. Overall, the Kore 87 is a reliable companion for skiers who crave agility and performance in a lightweight package.

The ultimate bridge between the frontside and backside, the Kore 87 offers performance in a lightweight package with great touring capability.
The bridge between the frontside and backside, the Kore 87 offers performance in a lightweight package. Head's weight-saving focus does not mean soft. Head fuses light Graphene into the Kore 87's tip and tail for even weight distribution. Light but stiff Karuba wood in the core is sandwiched by a triaxle weave carbon layer adding responsiveness. A sandwich sidewall construction, vibration absorption properties underfoot and a new topsheet shape round out the Kore 87's ability to charge or cruise.
