I highly recommend this pedal for enduro and downhill riding. These pedals will keep you locked in place throughout your ride but will also give you a little wiggle room so you can pivot your feet while turning on going through curvy sections, and not worry about your feet coming unclipped. They provide a good platform for your foot to sit on and the spikes help you with a little extra grip on the pedal, which then translates into more bike control.

These pedals are great for Enduro and Downhill riding when the terrain gets a bit more rough and fast.
