Product details

Coming in at only 2.6oz, the MSR PocketRocket 2 stove is an ultralight backpacker’s best friend. Combined with a small fuel canister, it can boil a liter of water in three and a half minutes and takes up virtually no weight or space in a pack.

Key Features:

  • Adjustable Flame – Switch from a boil to a simmer and back with the easy control valve.
  • Easy to Use – MSR designed the PocketRocket 2 so that it just turns on, lights, and goes, instead of having to pressurize or prime it.
  • Compact – The stove packs down small (3.1” x 1.7” x 1.3”) and includes a lightweight, hard-sided carry case to protect the stove and the pack.

One of the lightest and most packable stoves out there! You can bring it along as a backup stove on long trips, because it weighs almost nothing. It can absolutely be used as a standalone stove too! Compatible with ISOBUTANE canisters, no matter the brand.

So lightweight, ultra packable, and pretty durable for being so little. This is compatible with any isobutane fuel canister and pot.
