This truly is one of the most versatile lines out on the market today. This line has been a staple for many anglers, myself included. The taper of the line makes it extremely forgiving and easy to cast. This is a very good beginner line because it is very easy to cast, and doesn't break the bank. It is a perfect all around fly line for many applications. It is on the heavier side of lines but that's okay, it makes casting in windy situations easier. Being heavier also makes distance casting and control easier.

This is a great all-around line. It is also a great line that holds up for several years. Lines last if taken care of, this one is a great investment! Just like out of the box even after two years for me!
