The Lib Tech Skunk Ape Snowboard is a medium/stiff flex board built with bigger riders in mind. It comes in wide and ultra wide widths to accommodate people with bigger boot sizes and its durable construction can hold up to heavy abuse for many seasons.
Key Features:
C2 Technology – In this Camber/Rocker/Camber profile, the rocker section is shorter and more aggressive, while the camber portions are lengthened for pop, extra control, and edge hold.
Medium/Stiff Flex – This flex is ideal for intermediate to advanced riders who want to be able to ride fast and have responsive edge to edge transitions, but don’t want to lose the board’s playfulness for more surfy runs.
Directional Twin Shape – A slightly setback stance helps with float in powder with a twin flex pattern.
Horsepower (HP) Construction Core – This lightweight and tough core can support heavier riders, and is composed of 60% aspen and 40% paulownia wood.
Magne-Traction® – Proprietary edge technology uses strategically located edge serrations to provide additional traction on icy surfaces.
This is a killer all-mountain/freeride board that is freestyle capable if you want to send it. Super wide and ready to rip. This board will kill it in pow, on groomers, and in the air.
