The Arbor Spruce Snowboard Bindings is a budget–friendly set of bindings meant for beginner riders who are looking for an easy–riding binding to learn their first turns on.
Key Features:
- Asymmetrical Highbacks – The highbacks are pre-rotated 5 degrees which is more ergonomic, reducing rider fatigue.
- Medium Flex – Medium flex bindings are ideal for all types of riding and all-terrain on the mountain.
- Bow–Strap Adjuster – This is Arbor’s binding adjustment system where the adjuster and ladder strap move out of the way when undone which makes for a quick and easy binding entry.
- 2.5 Degree Canted Footbeds – The angle of the baseplate helps reduce rider fatigue by positioning the feet and knees in a more natural position.

Rusting after a month
Originally posted at www.arborcollective.com on Mar 10, 2024I’ve been using my new arbor bindings for a month and they are already rusting around all of the screws. I hand dry after every use so I’m disappointed with the quality. Also they are very stiff and the buckles don’t always lay flat after strapping in.

If you really want to dive into the differences between the materials, and engineering behind snowboards Jay is the guy to get into these conversations with. I’ve been riding for 25 plus years, and at this point in my life, I really appreciate Jay being there to just talk about the different nuances of snowboarding.
