The MSR Remote Mountaineering Tent is a 4-Season tent designed for mountaineers heading out on long missions who need extra space out of the elements for gear, living, or staging. With a uniquely shaped, large vestibule, this tent has more exterior protection than most mountaineering tents and comes in either a Two-Person or Three-Person size. The tent comes with a waterproof rainfly with a hooped vestibule on one side and an entry vestibule on the opposite side.
Key Features:
- Spacious Interior - This tent is designed to help the team stay sane when hunkered down on the mountain. With a peak height of 44 and a floorplan of 33 square feet for the Two-Person or 46 square feet for the Three-Person.
- Easton Syclone Tent Poles - The central-support frame and ultra-durable poles are designed to withstand wind and snow loads.
- Lightweight Durability, Ripstop nylon, Ripstop polyester, nylon micro-mesh, and a double-wall construction all contribute to the Remotes ability to hold up to the elements. This tent is also competitively light for a 4-Season tent with the Two-Person weighing in at 6lbs., 15oz. and the Three-Person weighing in at 8lbs., 9oz.
