This is a great putter for anyone who uses the classic blade-style and putting form. With its new Speed Face Technology and milled face pattern even your off-center strikes roll true. It seems like Cleveland went out of their way developing one of the most forgiving putters around. A nicely balanced club, allowing for a smooth pendulum stroke, with a sweet feel on contact that should give any golfer the ability to start making those birdies and par's. Or lag putt with confidence, stopping those dreaded 3 putts. Cleveland's name might not be as popular as other brands but currently there are 10 PGA Tour players using Cleveland equipment. This list includes Brooks Koepka, Shane Lowry, and Hideki Matsuyama.
Ideal for
- Classic pro blade-style look, for any handicapper not looking for and enlarged mallet sized head.
- Has a unique milling pattern, increasing friction for a more honest roll with a softer feel.
- Equipped with Speed Optimized Face Technology, allowing off center putts to roll true.
Not ideal for
- The Soft HB Pistol grip reminds me of playing putt- putt. I suggest the HB Soft Oversized.
- It doesn't say Scotty Cameron.

This putter is great for mid to low handicappers with a slight arc in their putting stroke. It's an excellent value for a pro-style blade putter. The pistol grip is comfortable and it comes with a head cover. I went from a mallet to a blade, and the CNC-milled face is extra forgiving and rolls true on off-center strikes.

- Mid to low handicappers who prefer a blade style putter
- Players looking for a pro style blade at an affordable price point.

- There was not an alternate grip selection.

Ideal for
- Feels very heavy in the hand, which makes it easy to keep tempo through the impact zone.
- The putter has a very clean aesthetic, there are few superfluous markings or distracting branding.
- So, so easy to get on line, I found myself thinking about alignment less but putting better.
Not ideal for
- I did not love the headcover it comes with, I thought it was a little bulky although clearly well made.
- The glare coming off the stainless steel can catch at odd angles and be distracting.

What was your favorite moment with this gear?
My favorite moment with this putter was the first putt I ever hit with it. A friend, one of the worst putters I had ever known until this day, showed up to the course one Sunday with a pep in his step and this putter in his bag. After he sank everything he looked at through nine holes I asked to check it out at the practice green at the turn and only halfway paying attention I aimed up a putt. Mainly intending to see how it felt, I let one fly and it gently arced into the hole. My buddy jumped behind me and yelled "see. I told you. It's magic." at the top of his lungs.Answered by:

The Cleveland HB Soft #4 is a whole lot of premium features in an inexpensive package. I personally keep one of these around because it is just plain old easy to use, and because of the brushed steel finish's extreme durability it doesn't even really need a headcover, although of course it comes with one.Answered by:

Instead of just asking for measurements and experience Bobby was more thorough and asked how dedicated i am, what kind of playing i do and things that most overlook. Took the time to send a video explaining the clubs he recommended for me and gave me two great options based on the information. i was having a hard time finding clubs on my own and if not for Bobby specifically i probably would have gave up and kept renting low quality clubs. Ted was in a hurry to be methodical! Didn't attempt to push a particular model, brand or style. Wasn't interested in rushing my decision, and was unbelievably patient with my thoughts, questions, concerns and curiosities. He took his time to incorporate my inconsistencies and issues with my game to recommend types, lofts, angles, fact types, etc so that I had a cart with only pertinent and relevant items in it. Then to top it off, found every discount and reduction available to ensure I had the lowest cost per item and overall, for my cart. What more could anyone hope for??!!
