The ZMan Finesse TRD is an artificial soft plastic bait. Intended as a finesse bait, it has a subtle motion in the water. Most commonly, this bait is fished on wacky rigs and ned rigs. Bass anglers using conventional tackle would use these.

When the bite is slow and you need to downsize to a more finesse application, Zman's TRD series is a great way to do it! These are perfect on a ned jig head. At extreme temperatures, bass become sluggish. In order to to get them to bite it's important slow down your presentation both in size and in speed and that's what the Ned rig does best. Best on spinning gear, ned rigs are great when fished along the weedline, given a few short hops and then pause.
This is a great soft plastic to use on a drop rig, or with a Ned rig! The small length, and thick diameter of this lure makes the presentation attractive to things like large bass and medium-size crappie, and maybe even a walleye or two!
Put this on a Ned rig/shroom hook and you’ll be golden. I also love this color for overcast days or when the water is muddy.
