After testing and purchasing the ZX5 irons, I was excited to fill the rest of my bag with other Srixon products. The Srixon ZX fairways felt very comfortable at address with the neutral club face. ZX Fairway wood has great feedback when making contact with the ball and a good portion of my shots have a high launch with great carry distance. Its also great for shaping shots but not very forgiving on mishits.
Ideal for
- High launch without excessive spin
- Workability gives players the ability to manipulate ball flight from shot to shot
- ZX Fairway wood looks great at address
Not ideal for
- FX Fairway wood is not as forgiving as other woods on the market.

I googled the set of clubs and the same set came up cheaper, Jon spent time trying to see if we could price match. unfortunately the sale price must have expired, because neither of us could access the set to order, UGH! but I was able to check prices and know that this was the best price. I have been trying to get my son interested in golf after many years away from it. He finally is interested again but being a lefty there aren’t a lot of club sets to find.
