The Blizzard Brahma is for the skier who finds themselves in everything from groomers to moguls to trees. Not wide enough to deal with much fresh snow, but designed to excel in all types of terrain.
Key Features:
88mm Waist – At 88mm underfoot, this ski is narrow enough to hold an edge and remain precise in really hard snow. Not ideal for powder but will be a joy when it hasn’t stormed in a while.
Rocker/Camber/Rocker Profile – Rocker in the tip and tail eases turn initiation, while camber underfoot provides edge hold and stability at speed.
Dual Titanal – Two titanal layers give the ski impressive torsional rigidity without making it too stiff. Simply put, this ski will have awesome edge hold on hard snow but won’t require tremendous effort to initiate into turns.
Poplar Beech Core – A combo of poplar and beech makes for a light but higher performing core. This results in a stable and damp ride without being too taxing to ski.
Carbon Flipcore – A directional carbon frame enhances precision and stability without significantly increasing weight.

A truly versatile all-mountain/carving ski that feels equally at home on or off piste. At 88mm underfoot, this is a superb daily-driver for lower-snow or icier regions (thinking of you, East Coast/Midwest) but also feels right at home on groomed terrain or moguls anywhere in the world! It is very strong on edge, but its rocker profile and sidecut/shape lend it an ability to pivot quickly or break out of a hard carve quite easily. Blizzard's patented "Flip-Core Technology" helps the ski to keep its rocker lines season-after-season without fear of flattening out, and titanal metal in the construction make it both a lively carver and supremely stable at high speeds (say goodbye to tip chatter!) Overall, an excellent do-it-all option on the slightly skinnier end of the spectrum.

The Brahma 88 has been the reference ski in the narrow all-mountain category for the last decade or so. It has gone through some changes over that time and improvements have been made, but it has always been extremely versatile and capable all over the mountain. The 2020 model is the most well-rounded version compared to its predecessors, considering its ability to carve, ski moguls, and tackle off-piste conditions. Front rocker gives it great float for its width. This ski is really dialed in!

This is an incredible ski! Very strong and extremely precise. One of the best (if not the best) options if you're looking for something around 90 underfoot. Rewards a strong skier that stays on top of it and drives it. A loved and top ski on the market year after year!

One of my favorite skis on the market right now! Hard charging, stiff and great edge hold, it is super stable. While still scoring relatively well in playfulness. It is in the "on-piste" category, but can charge through just about anything.

East Coast/Midwestern skiers and anyone looking for something steady and speedy on groomers. This is absolutely the hallmark of all-mountain skis and can absolutely go the distance for most skiers. An absolute treasure of a ski.

A one ski quiver on the narrower side of all-mountain skis. They feel super sturdy when skiing on them, and handle anything from fresh snow to ice with no problem.

Great Titanal and wood core construction in these! Really stable at speeds and will hold an edge really well with their deep sidecut profile!

Great for skiing groomed runs, trees, and even some jumps! However these will shine the most when carving.

Great for skiing groomed runs, moguls and trees, but these will shine the most when carving.
