The Ride Sage boots are an amazing boot for any ability level looking for a soft and comfortable boot. I have ridden these many days both in resort and in the backcountry and they are very durable. For a beginner who wants a reasonably soft boot to learn in, a freestyle rider who wants comfort yet response, or an advanced rider just looking to have a more comfortable boot than some of the stiff aggressive boots out there, these fit the bill. I enjoy a backcountry freestyle style of riding, and these are my go to comfort fit boots.
Ideal for
- Extremely comfortable and easy to ride all day in.
- Simple construction and BOA system works great.
- Versatile for both on and off piste.
Not ideal for
- Pretty soft, so not the stiffest most responsive boot out there.
Ride Sage snowboard boots are a mid-flex boot designed for women riders of all ability levels. This all-mountain boot can go anywhere from park to peak and will provide foot warmth all day long. Equipped with a C.A.T. (Calf Adjustment Technology) Velcro adjuster on the boot cuff, riders can customize this boot to fit them perfectly.

- Intuition Plush Foam Liners – Intuition Plush Foam Liners provide a warm boot lining that forms to the rider's foot for a custom fit.
- H4 BOA Coiler Fit System – The H4 BOA Fit System makes lacing up a breeze. By simply cranking the BOA dial, durable cables constrict throughout the boot allowing riders to quickly lace up. To unlace, riders just pop up the dial to release the constriction, and slip out.
- Grip Lite Sole – Grip Lite Soles combine +Slime Midsole with rubber pods which work to maximize traction, durability and comfort in any condition.

The Ride sage snowboard boots come equipped with a boa adjuster and plush liner to provide warmth and comfort all day long to beginner riders. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Kyle and my experience with him on Curated. I’m a pretty hard headed individual and I went into the curation wanting a very specific GNU board. Kyle talked me off that ledge (was far outside my budget) and steered me in the direction of something similar that fit my budget a lot better. I’m stoked about my purchase and am so excited to get out on the slopes!
Kyle was knowledgeable without being arrogant, which is extremely hard to find in the skiing industry. I don’t like to feel pressured into purchasing something without doing my research, and there was no point during our multiple day conversation that he made me feel pressured or rushed. He was patient, kind, and friendly in a way that felt above and beyond for the given task.
If my rave review doesn’t say enough, Kyle seems like a gem of a human. Wishing him and his family all the best!

Skied a fair bit as a kid in the Northeast, then switched to snowboarding when I moved out west 15 years ago, and just getting back into skiing somewhat seriously as my kids are pretty self-sufficient and competent on most runs these days.
We usually rent, but after skiing about 20 days last year, I decided that buying new boots at a minimum was an absolute must. Some days were pure torture… But, I had no idea where to start and was instantly overwhelmed beginning my search on my own.
Enter Leo and Curated. Leo took the time to understand my situation, my skill level, my goals, my preferences, etc. In short order, after I sent back my boot measurements, I received a personalized video with several different options and tons of rationale for my expanded search for skis, bindings, and poles as well. I felt very comfortable that I had a good set of options to choose from for each piece of equipment - with an accompanying wealth of Leo’s deep knowledge and experience to consider as I pondered this large, potential purchase.
I decided to hold off at that point, and Leo made sure I knew he was available to text or chat live as needed - he is super responsive. No pressure at all. I came back to it later the next day, chatted a bit back and forth with Leo, and felt really confident about making the purchase. That’s really saying something given how little I knew about modern ski gear just a night or two earlier.
I highly recommend Leo and will be reaching out to him directly for any future purchases. I won’t hesitate to direct friends and family to him either, and have a hunch my wife will be looking for his help right around the time my new gear hits our doorstep.
