What size fishing rod is best?
The best size fishing rod really depends on what you are doing with it. Shorter rods are more accurate casters, while longer rods can cast farther. Longer, heavier rods also offer more leverage when fighting larger fish. There is no one best size. It all comes down to your comfort and what style of fishing you are doing.

This is a fantastic casting rod with a beautiful, sleek design and awesome performance! This 13 Fishing Omen Black 3 Casting Rod - 6'7" - Medium - Fast, is a one-piece rod that is incredibly strong and durable. The split-grip design reduces rod weight while allowing the angler to feel the blank for better sensitivity. This combination of strength, sensitivity, and weightlessness makes the rod fantastic for catching all kinds of predatory fish, from smallmouth in Pennsylvania to red drum in Florida! The graphite blank is not only sensitive, it is also durable enough to withstand consistent saltwater use.

Great Bass rod, super fast action, and a great value without compromising on quality! Great for throwing heavy rigs through thick cover, and still versatile enough for when you want to fish crankbaits or other lighter tackle. This rod has a strong backbone so when you're throwing those heavier baits, you wont feel like your fighting the bait. Additionally, this rod gives you the power you'll need for fighting the big ones!

A great overall rod for spinnerbaits, topwater, senkos, and jerkbaits. Can be used for several techniques and baits. Also great to be used on foot and from an boat with its shorter length. A sensitive rod to feel more baits and those light pickups.

Plenty of length for casting and the fast tip will be plenty sensitive for finesse baits.
