This new iteration of the Concept A3 features a heavy duty aluminum frame with a corrosion resistant treatment process. This rugged, flex-resistant frame houses a oversized H.A.M. Japanese Hamai cut hardened brass drive gear that allows for unrelenting torque and cranking power that will retain its smoothness over time. 13 Fishing's 40 lb Carbon Bull Drag system provides an unbelievable amount of stopping power for a reel this size, making it capable of taming anything that you manage to hook.
Trophy bass hunters will find the A3 and ideal weapon of choice for throwing large swimbaits and A-rigs for those elusive double digit fish, while those targeting giant musky and pike will appreciate the large line capacity and impressive stopping power. Not limited to freshwater anglers, saltwater fisherman will find the A3 perfect for casting to anything from tarpon to California yellowtail, and can even put it to work while deep water bottom fishing.
