High Quality rain jacket. Not so good in the wind.

I fish a lot on big lakes in northern Minnesota in the fall and the wind is often brutal. I was hoping this would be a great all-in one solution as an outer layer, but it didn't pass the wind test. When the description says "breathable" it actually breathes both ways which isn't what I wanted. I know the description doesn't boast (or mention) its performance against the wind, but I really didn't expect it to fall so short. No doubt this is a quality rain jacket, but if you're looking for protection from the wind as well, I'd look for something else.
