The Exped AirPillow UL is an excellent addition to any backpacking or even car-camping sleep setup. It weighs 2oz and packs down to about the size of a deck of cards, meaning it is light enough and small enough to pack on almost any trip. The rounded shape fits nicely in the hood of a sleeping bag, and the larger baffle on one side provides excellent support to your head and neck. I find it comfortable for sleeping on my back and sides.
The design of the valve means it is very easy to inflate with just a few breaths, but it is harder to fully deflate when you are packing it up. The slight velvety texture of the exterior fabric is comfortable to sleep on, but I've noticed that it is prone to staining if I have any moisturizer or anything like that on my face.
