The Volkl V-Cell 8 315g is the heaviest of the V-Cell 8 models and targets aggressive intermediates and advanced tournament players. It is a fast moving, spin friendly weapon for the attacking all court player who likes a little more mass in their frame. With an open string pattern, tons of power, and moderate swing weight, it’s a joy to try to rip the cover off the ball. The control and stability are not as good as one would expect from an advanced players racquet, but a little lead tape would help with this a lot. Overall this is a great modern players racquet for powerful players who want something with a more arm friendly feel than most competitors.

The V-Cell 8 315g has great spin potential and control and its head light balance combined with the overall weight make the racquet extremely mobile while still giving great power on demand.

The V-Cell 8 315g also features REVA, more V-Cell material, VTEX butt cap, Super Grommets and V-Sensor Handle for great feel. It weighs 315g / 11.1oz, has a 645cm2 / 100in2 head, 22-24-22mm tapered beam with a 68.5cm / 27in length and a 31.5cm / 1.1in head light balance. It has a 16x18 string pattern.

The V-Cell 8 315g has everything you would expect in a 315g racquet and more. It is one of the most consistent performers in its category. The softer flex makes for a very dynamic racquet giving players a racquet which allows them to train harder and longer with less fatigue
