The Hi-Toe wedge from TaylorMade provides an alternative to their standard tour wedge for players looking for added performance on shots hit with an open face.
Hi-Toe Design – By increasing the height of the toe by 5mm, the center of gravity is moved high to provide lower flight and more spin.
3 Sole Grinds – Depending on the loft, different grinds are offered to provide a bag full of versatility and short game excellence.
Full Faced Scoring Lines – By expanding the grooves through the entire face, you improve spin performance on open-faced shots and bunker shots, which are typically hit on the toe.

This Hi-Toe wedge has grooves that cover the face, allowing you to manipulate your shots more, and getting spin all around the green. Great for all shots around the green and in the sand too. The bounce on this wedge is meant to be altered as you change the face from open to closed, allowing you to get different reactions depending on where you are on the course.
The high toe has grooves that cover the entire face of the club making more versatile for all different shot types around the green. Then finish on it will also naturally rust leading to more spin on less than full shots.
This wedge is great for getting out of trouble around the greens. This loft is perfect for those sand shots we know inevitably happen, but also a bump and run when you need to get the ball close to the hole to save par.
ATV Grind is designed to keep bounce lower for regular bunker, chips and full shots. However the bounce increases when you rotate face open to hit high soft lobs that trickle into the hole for birdie.
The higher center of gravity in this club allows the player to see higher spin numbers while easily being able to control the trajectory of the ball. It has top-of-the-line control and feel too.
