The Callaway Callaway Epic Speed Driver is the fastest of the new Epic series. By avoiding movable weights and other complexities they were able to make a very friendly and very long driver that sells for significantly less than most drivers. Easy to gain speed with this without changing anything in your swing. Adjustable hosel gives you 14 days to try them

- Very long
- Very forgiving
- Helps the player swing faster
- Non adjustable head

The Callaway Epic Speed Driver is designed for low- to mid-handicap players who seek accelerated driver speeds in conjunction with stability on a large portion of the club face. A fixed sole weight provides specific center-of-gravity positioning, delivering a semi-draw bias. An adjustable hosel system enables further shot correction to advance preferred ball flights to the fairway.
Key Features:
- Cyclone Aerodynamic Shaping – The driver is constructed with a taller ribbon and flatter crown, which promotes lower drag. This accelerates head speeds for the fastest ball speeds from impact.
- Jailbreak Speed Frame – Designed to enhance horizontal as well as vertical torsional stability, the newly-devised Jailbreak Speed Frame ramps up ball speeds from impact across the face.
- A.I. Flash Face SS21 – Derived from Artificial Intelligence (A.I.) technology and engineered to work in coordination with the Jailbreak Speed Frame, the face and head are uniquely enhanced in the driver for impressive spin.
- Advanced Composite Design – A Triaxial carbon crown encompassing the toe provides 16g of weight savings to enhance the MOI and stability of the driver for improved forgiveness.

This product is best for someone looking to make an upgrade at driver. The Epic has a large face and is very forgiving so off-centered shots still travel quite a ways. The launch was inconsistent, but the interchangeable weights and shaft are helpful to fit the preference you are looking for. This is a high quality driver for anyone in that mid to high handicap range looking to make an upgrade.
- Distance was consistently longer than old driver
- Forgiving, shots stayed on target longer
- Adjustable head allows for different shot shapes
- Launch height was inconsistent

The Callaway Epic Speed driver offers a more traditional look. It pushes the bar in the launch and distance departments but doesn't lack in workability and feel like most other drivers that fall into the aforementioned categories. Lacking in forgiveness this driver is perfect for low to mid handicap golfers that want maximum distance without forgoing the workability that some demand.
- Extreme distances are a regularity.
- Easily workable left to right and right to left.
- High launching to promote maximum carry.
- Dull sounding on strikes anywhere on the face.
