The Callaway Women's Mavrik Driver is one of the top drivers out there for the female golfer looking for a long and forgiving driver. It has a very solid feel. The hosel adapter also has better adjustability options than other companies where you can adjust the loft up to 2 degrees and change the lie angle and ball flight bias. Great option for the money. High tech Jailbreak face adds ball speed on mishits.

Pros
  • Very long
  • Very easy to hit
  • Very easy to find the fairway
Cons
  • Not the most workable

Yes, the Callaway Mavrik driver is a great driver for a beginner - it improves distance while offering forgiveness for mishits. Plus, the Mavrik came out in 2020, so buying a new Mavrik only costs $300 these days, which is a great deal for excellent equipment that is beginner friendly.

Is the MAVRIK driver worth it?
This will address the question of whether the Mavrik driver is worth it. The Callaway Mavrik driver currently sells for $300...and yes, it's worth it. This club is very forgiving, the ball flies off the face and the hosel is adjustable so that you can change to a draw/fade setting and change the degree of loft by +1/-1 degrees. The Rogue driver is the current model sold by Callaway, but it costs $550 and isn't any better. Save the $250 and get the Mavrik driver instead. Yes, the Callaway Mavrik driver is worth it. It's a great club.
