The Callaway Mavrik Pro hybrid continues to be at the top of the class for the better player. In terms of feel, workability, launch and distance makes this particular club hard to beat in the hybrid department. This club is perfect for the low to mid handicap that wants a predictable alternative to long irons.
Ideal for
- High launch leads to soft landing on greens.
- Ability to work ball in variety of shapes and direction.
- Premium distance from a variety of lies.
Not ideal for
- Dull sounding contact on all strikes leaves much to be desired in the acoustics department.

This is your average run-of-the-mill Callaway hybrid. It is said to be a pro version but is very large and bulky and feels clunk. I was very underwhelmed with this hybrid and would not be putting it in my bag. The stock shaft options are not the greatest and the feel and sound are the same as the stock offerings.... Read more

This is a great hybrid for a mid to low handicap golfer looking for a club with more control off the fairway and more forgiving out of the rough. It has some workability in it so any golfer looking for a hybrid to shot shape with will benefit greatly from this hybrid.
