Designed for a vast array of low- to mid-handicap players, the TaylorMade P770 Iron Set ushers in a new era of explosive distance and raw power in a player’s-shaped iron. Compacting the technology of the P790 iron into this new P770 shape provides players an exceptional combination of distance and workability.
Key Features:
- Compact Player’s Shaping – Thinner toplines, less offset, and a shorter blade length than the P790 will appeal to the more discerning player.
- Forged Hollow Body – These irons use a forged 4140 steel face in a hollow, foam-filled body with up to 46 grams of tungsten weighting to accelerate ball speeds while retaining tour-level feel.
- Speed Pocket – Constructed with a Thru-Slot Speed Pocket Technology to further ramp up ball speeds on low-impact shots.
- Progressive Inverted Cone Technology (ICT) – Strategically positioning this ICT Technology in each iron will improve accuracy and protect off-center ball speeds from losing distance.

Surprising forgiveness

I really love this model and i got good price from japan Taylor made Outlet store in Karuizawa. This iron is not easy as stealth but when impact sweetspot it make very good feel and great shot.

It can be daunting trying to find the right set up for your game. My current set up is 10+ years old. There are so many options now. But if you use curated and get John to take care of you (I’d expect his counterparts are good also) you can be confident you are making the right decisions.
