Product details

The Srixon ZX5 Irons are ideal for mid to low handicapped golfers looking for a forgiving player's distance iron that combines the compact head shape of a blade and the back of a cavity-backed iron. The ZX5 pairs a notorious forged Srixon feel with the power and forgiveness of the best game improvement irons out there.

Key Features:

  • Tour V.T. Sole V-Shape designed back of the iron head helps optimize turf interaction, and allows for clean contact even if the strike is a bit behind the ball.
  • Progressive Grooves Sharper, narrower, and deeper grooves allow for more spin and stopping power on all approach shots.
  • Multi-Piece Construction Added tungsten in the toe of the longer irons increases moment of inertia (MOI) for forgiveness, and a forged carbon-steel body helps absorb vibration for a super soft feel.

This review is my honest opinion of the irons, which I purchased with my own money in August of 2021.

The best value in the forged market? Maybe. Distance, feel, and forgiveness that competes with the top-tier brands at a lower price point. Oh, and they look great.
