The Flylow Malone Men's Jacket is a lightweight softshell jacket made from Tactic 3-layer stretch fabric. The Malone repels water and dries fast on wet days. It has fully taped seams for extra weather protection and a removable powder skirt that keeps body heat in and snow out. Flylow's Malone Jacket is warm and robust enough to wear both touring and on the resort.

I’ve worn it about five times already out west and back east and it handles sleet, powder and even a bit of rain effortlessly. Zips under the pits dump heat perfectly. Very useful pockets inside and out, and the removable powder skirt is helpful for when you want a little more space. Only gripe is that it’s a little tighter in the shoulders and chest compared to other ski jackets I own, but I prefer that to a big pillowy fit. This was my first Flylow purchase but there will be many more to come.

Tyler made great recommendations and really took the time to understand where my skill level is at and where I intend to ski. Ultimately, I was uncomfortable making the investment without trying the skis first, so I ended up buying a pair that I had rented several times and really liked.
