Snap gator to accommodate ski/snowboard boots. They do have jacket/pant interface loops if worn with a Roxy jacket. The zippers are heavy duty on two of the pockets to keep higher value items safe and secure. The waist has two snaps and a hook closure plus a drawstring so these babies are going to stay fastened. The fabric is dense and waterproof yet still soft. Maybe a little too heavy for touring or hiking. Overall a great offering from Roxy at a great price.
