Key Features:

  • Stability Frame – Designed with an open heel portion for increased stability while delivering tour preferred vibrations and sound from impacts on the iron's face.
  • CORTECH Iron Face Design – Optimal variable face thickness in the irons enhance face flexing over a large portion of the hitting area for maximum COR.
  • Hybrid Profile – Progressing from a wider fairway wood profile in the lower lofted hybrids to tighter shaping in the higher lofts produce targeted forgiveness and clubhead speeds where needed in the set.
  • 17-4 Stainless Steel Face – Produced with a lighter crown to create reliable launch along with a bendable neck to enable lie angle adjustments for specific flight performance.

This Combo Set replaces traditional long irons with hybrids. The hybrids are designed with focus on precision, and creating a deep/back center of gravity to launch it higher and land it softly. The irons are the longest Mizuno have ever created by using two pieces of technology. The first is a re-engineered CORETECH face, which is now 0.2mm thinner, and thinner means faster.

The second piece is seamless cupface design which flexes and rebounds more, rocketing the ball off the face for explosive distance. They also have a stability frame with additional perimeter weighting and toe bias for added stability and forgiveness on off center strikes.

  • Third-generation Chromoly material allows for a thinner CORTECH face to boost ball speed and flexibility

  • Seamless Cup face and variable thickness sole uses the leading edge as a hinge to increase face flex and ball speed

  • Stability Frame adds perimeter weighting with toe bias for great stability on off-center strikes

  • Harmonic Impact Technology adds 3 more sound ribs for a more solid sound and feel

  • Pearl brush finish looks great and eliminates glare to minimize distractions

  • Hybrids replace longer irons for more forgiveness and easier to hit performance

The Hot Metal combo set from Mizuno is top of the line, you get a 5 and 6 hybrid for easy launch of the longer clubs in your bag compared to long irons. Plus you get the 7 iron through pitching wedge, gap wedge, and sand wedge to complete a full set. Mizuno is known for their excellent feel off of the club face, with fast ball speeds for extra distance and consistent spin numbers from club to club. The third generation Chromoloy construction in these clubs stands out as one of the best for distance and forgiveness in an iron.

Maybe this amazing deal set would work for you. Plus, you'd get 10% off. This is 4H and 5H and 6H and 7-PW and SW. Graphite regular. Nice and light. If you want, we could add a 3H (if might not need it with new technology, the 4H could be long enough). Graphite regular flex. Light shafts. JPX921 hot metal irons. Great look and feel. Strong lofts for more distance. We can of course look at 3H 4H 5H and 6-PW and GW (if you'd like) but I thought I'd send this set.

The JPX921 Hot Metal irons pair Mizuno's fastest ever ball speeds with a piercingly straight ball flight and controllable landing angles. These irons utilize the resilience of Chromoly offering the most complex face geometry to date for additional energy from the clubface. A new variable thickness sole design allows the leading edge to act as a hinge, resulting in greater face flex and ball speeds.
