These bindings live up to the hype. They provide all of the security and responsiveness of your classic strap-in bindings but none of the hassle. You can literally step off the lift and onto the run like a skier. They're also lightweight and less clunky than standard bindings, so freestyle riding is really nice. Both in the air and on... They were also comfortable and supportive, perfect for long days on the slopes. The step-on feature made getting in and out a breeze, a huge plus for me. Amazing

My Step On Reflex bindings have been such a great upgrade. This is my 34th year of snowboarding and at age 55 I love that I no longer have to either bend over and buckle, or sit and buckle anymore. As far as being responsive enough they hold my boot tight to the board and feel amazing.

I've been out of the ski market for so long that I had no idea there were so many subtle, but very distinct differences in equipment. Thomas almost instantly responded any time I had a question or wanted a clarification. Decision paralysis or confusion would surely have taken over if not for Thomas's help. Thank you!

Austin was amazing as always
5 /5
It's my 2nd time working with Austin - originally he had picked a snowboard out for my son that has worked out super well. Now he helped me pick out a new board for myself after using the same second hand ill-fitted one I had for 10 years. Austin was super responsive throughout the whole process, super enthusiastic, and had a lot of knowledge to share with regards to his suggestions. I could tell that all of his picks for me were well thought out and has made me super excited about trying out the Solomon Assassin I ended up purchasing.

Coming into this, I do not have a lot of knowledge on skiing equipment and neither do my family or friends. Mariah helped me by being super knowledgeable, answering all of my questions, and addressing all of my concerns. She is very quick with her responses and will provide you with an array of options that are tailored to your preferences. I appreciate that she took time to discuss the details with me. I would highly recommend her services to my family, friends, and anyone looking to buy ski equipment! She is the best! :)

Riley provided expert input on my purchase. I am always very busy so online shopping is easiest, however, it can be tough when I'm a little out of my wheelhouse and need insight on what is best to lower the likelihood of a return. I have not bought skis in many years and am just getting back onto it, so it was helpful to have support making choices. They also made a couple add-on and changes based on my questions and needs. Much appreciated!
