I’ve owned the board for 5 seasons as an international coach, and I love it. However, it does want to be pushed hard!
The board has one of my favorite profiles in triple camber, it’s got a legendary edge hold and dampening, I’ve never been on a more damp and pleasant board at speed.
The pop is nice and consistent, and it’s easy enough to ride switch, although I don’t find myself there often.
NS often has a reputation for durable boards, and this is no different, she’s a touch on the heavy side, but you won’t notice it while riding, especially in its comfort zone.
Ideal for
- Freeride
- Aggressive carving
- Backcountry freestyle
Not ideal for
- Less stable at lower speeds
- Can be tough to flatboard

I had been on the same gear for over a decade, and therefore had no idea what to buy as all my gear started to fail at the same time. Henry asked me a lot of questions about my experience, terrain preferences, ski style, and gear history. Also what I was looking to do. He then made some recommendations including both his opinions about the gear, and why he thinks they're great options for me personally. This guy will answer as many questions as you can throw his way- even if you ask the same question 5 different ways. NEVER felt like he got annoyed with me. Josh helped me figure out exactly what it is that I needed. Ive been a skateboarder for 20+ years and he has helped me transition to snowboarding by guiding me into the direction that most fits a person with heavy skateboarding background.
