St. Croix Bass X Casting Rods are geared towards performance and designed with the intermediate angler in mind. The series comes in many technique-specific models for a wide variety of bass fishing applications from weightless soft plastic lures to punching lily pads with heavy tungsten weights. These rods are built with St. Croix's most durable carbon composite material, SCII. This series will hold up to heavy cover and big fish without sacrificing any sensitivity. The carbon fiber reel seat will help detect even the faintest of bites.
