Official manufacturer description

The Atomic Hawx Magna 100 – built so you don’t have to decide between comfort and performance. The Prolite shell construction used in the Hawx Ultra and Prime models is now applied to the Hawx Magna 100, giving it low weight reinforcement in key zones to provide stability and control. It’s a wide-fit ski boot with medium stiffness – the 102mm last, a wide tongue and the 3D Stretch Toe Box mean it’s a hassle-free, pain-free solution for skiers with wider feet. The “Adaptive Fit System Cuff” feature allows skiers to increase their cuff volume up to one full size by removing the cuff spoiler for added comfort and fit. Best suited for skiers of medium build and strength with wider feet who want to maximize the enjoyment factor of every moment they have on the snow.

Expert Q&A
Quick, accurate answers from Curated experts to the frequently asked questions
Are Atomic ski boots comfortable?
Atomic makes excellent ski boots in a range of intended uses, sizes and flex. The key to getting a comfortable fit in a boot is finding a ski boot in the right mondopoint (length) size, with the right "last" (width) and the right amount of flex for you as a skier. A good-fitting boot will be comfortable for a long day on the hill, whether it is made by Atomic, or another boot manufacturer.

Is Atomic and Salomon the same?
Atomic and Salomon (along with Armada) are co-subsidiaries of Amer Sports Group, but they are not the same. Salomon and Atomic share some co-branded products, like the Atomic/Salomon/Armada Shift binding and other bindings. but for most of the products they sell, there is a not an exact Salomon equivalent to the Atomic product (or vice-versa)

Do Atomic ski boots run true to size?
Atomic ski boots’ sizing is consistent with most other ski boot manufacturers. Ski boots use mondo point sizing, which converts to a measurement of the foot in millimeters, so their sizing tends to be more consistent than street shoes or hiking boots. Knowing the mondo point size and last width of a boot is a good start if you’re shopping online for a new pair of ski boots.

The Atomic Hawx Magna is an amazing option for the intermediate to advanced skier with a medium-wide foot and medium-sized lower leg. The 100 flex is the perfect balance for the skier that is looking to progress in performance while also looking to dial in their skiing ability. The Hawx has a phenomenally light construction thanks to the Pro-Lite Construction. The Memory Fit of the boot allows the liner, cuff, and shell to be customized exactly to the dimensions of your foot to offer optimal personalized comfort!
