Backcountry ski touring and ski mountaineering demand lightweight, high performance and packable gear that stands up to changeable mountain conditions.
The Khroma Cirque Jacket has been designed to excel on both the uphill and the down, built with wind and waterproof 3-Layer GORE-TEX Active, it’s highly breathable and efficient. The GORE® C-KNIT™ Backer Technology enables a lower bulk inner layer than regular 3-layer laminates, for a soft and flexible finish. The Khroma Cirque Jacket features concealed pit-zips to drop heat quickly and increase airflow when the incline steepens.
It has a full length YKK® VISLON® ® AquaGuard® front zip with an internal storm flap, two large chest pockets which can easily swallow up skins, a map or gloves, and an internal secure zipped pocket. The hood is ski helmet compatible and has a three-way adjustable system to cinch any exposed gaps for full protection in wild weather. The jacket has a regular fit to accommodate extra layers, with an adjustable hem, and anti-snag, hook-and-loop cuffs that can be adjusted to fit under or over gloves.
With ski specific features, durable construction and effective breathability, the Khroma Cirque Jacket is the ideal outer layer for ski touring and ski mountaineering. Suitable for tackling everything from Scottish Highland heather hopping, to high alpine ridgelines and well-earned powder descents.
