Product details

The Stix Golf 3-Piece Wedge Set (52°, 56°, 60°) has an all-black, high-durability finish. These versatile clubs are intended for a new golfer, or a casual golfer who wants high-quality gear and performance on par with the big brands without spending a fortune. They make a great addition to an existing Stix set, or any iron set. The set includes three wedges: a 52 degree gap wedge, a 56 degree sand wedge, and a 60 degree lob wedge.

Key Features:

  • Graphite Shafts – The wedges are easy to swing and lightweight with their stiff-flex graphite shafts.
  • Black Finish – The clubs have a beautiful, minimalist design.
  • Diamond-Like Coating – The coating provides durability and scratch-resistance.
  • Milled Face – The milled face unlocks more spin.
  • Gap Wedge – The 52 degree wedge pairs nicely with most iron sets and fills the "gap" between a pitching wedge and sand wedge.
  • Sand Wedge – The 56 degree wedge is a versatile club with the right amount of bounce to get the ball out of a greenside bunker or greenside rough.
  • Lob Wedge – The 60 degree wedge is the club that's needed when a golfer is faced with a tough jam. As the wedge with the highest loft, it is ideal for high, soft-landing shots.

What is a 52 degree wedge good for?
- This will describe what a 52-degree wedge is good for. - A 52-degree wedge also called a gap wedge is perfect for hitting at yardages that fall between a pitching wedge and a sand wedge. For a lot of players, this distance could be anywhere from 100-130 yards. - A 52-degree wedge is perfect for that 100-130 yard shot that isn't ideal for a sand wedge or pitching wedge.

What club goes farther 56 or 60?
- This will answer what club will go farther - 56 degree or 60 degree wedge - A 56-degree wedge will consistently go farther than a 60-degree wedge. This is because it has less loft allowing more forward launch to carry it past that of a 60 degree which has more upward launch. - A 56-degree wedge will go farther than a 60-degree wedge.

Is a 52 or 56 degree wedge better?
All wedges are designed with a purpose. sand wedges (somewhere between 54 and 58 degrees) often have a lot of bounce on the sole of the club, so it can rebound off of sand and turf without digging in. Gap wedges (usually between 49 and 53 degrees) tend to have less bounce and are mainly used on approach or on chips off of a tight lie. Use the right club for the right shot.
