The Exos 38 Pack from Osprey is designed for backpackers looking for a small, lightweight option for 1 to 2 nights on the trail. The pack comes in at just over 2 lbs and can be used with or without the lid depending on how much gear is needed for the trip at hand.

The Exos utilizes a trampoline like back-panel that hugs users and offers extreme ventilation. It is stripped down at a low weight with multiple options to customize how you want to pack. The floating lid can be removed allowing for use of just the Flapjacket, a single lid shaped piece of material that further compresses and secures the pack's contents. This is a great for minimalists with a single top loading design and no other entry to the pack. The large front shove it pocket and huge side water bottle pockets as well as trekking pole and ice axe loops allow for easy exterior lashing however.
