The Union Flite Pro Snowboard Binding is the lightest binding on the market for men. It is a great all-mountain binding with an emphasis on freestyle and can even handle some freeride. It is slightly on the softer side making it preform great in the park as well. This binding rips without weighing the rider down.
Key Features:
- Stage 8 Duraflex Baseplate – Union's lightest baseplate to date, this baseplate shaves off 10 grams of weight without sacrificing durability. It is compatible with all mounting patterns.
- Stage 12 Flite Pro Duraflex Highback – This highback pulls inspiration from Union's top freestyle bindings and brings them down to an entry level price. This high back is responsive and great for beginners or more advanced freestyle riders who are looking for something surfier.
- Other Technology – This binding also has a Forma Lab ankle strap for response on the outside and comfort on the inside. The toe strap is TS 4.0 which is simple, lightweight and durable. The heal cup is extruded aluminum for the best heal hold.

Tyler made great recommendations and really took the time to understand where my skill level is at and where I intend to ski. Ultimately, I was uncomfortable making the investment without trying the skis first, so I ended up buying a pair that I had rented several times and really liked.
