These new Clearwater fly-fishing waders are feature-rich and designed specifically for a woman's body in a modern fit to eliminate traditional bulk. Four-layer waterproof breathable nylon fabric is light yet durable, with a 30K Waterproofness/8K Breathability rating. Opposing side-release buckles allow for waist-high conversion on warm days. External storage pocket with stretch panel for small items and fly boxes, plus a kangaroo-style handwarmer pocket on the front chest. Updated anatomical neoprene booties with Integrated neoprene gravel guards to reduce water drag and collection. Low-profile seam construction and low-profile belt loops with 1½" webbing belt included. Hook and loop patch on interior pocket to attach Orvis waterproof pocket (8G3H sold separately).
Nylon shell/polyurethane membrane/nylon tricot liner. Washable. Imported.

This is a great pair of value waders for anyone just getting into the sport. The stocking foot feature means better boot fit, better comfort and versatility. - Not great if for anyone hiking a lot as these waders aren't extremely breathable.

Nearly perfect tall waders
Originally posted at www.orvis.com on Jan 12, 2025I’ve tried waders from different brands but keep coming back to my Orvis Clearwaters. They’re reliably durable and comfortable to wear all day. The medium tall size fits me perfectly (5’9”, size 10 pants, size 9.5 shoe). My favorite feature is the soft lined kangaroo pocket, which is perfect because my hands are always cold. The only reason these aren’t 5-star waders is because they don’t have a back loop or D ring that a net could be attached to when I don’t feel like wearing my full lumbar back setup. It would be such an easy addition by Orvis to make these waders truly perfect.
