The Callaway Rogue ST Max OS irons are a game improvement iron for mid-high handicappers and beginners. The Rogue iron series features distance and forgiveness technology. The ‘OS’ or ‘over-sized’ shape of the club head offers a thicker toppling and wider sole to create more forgiveness and distance with a larger sweet spot. This iron also includes a lot of offset which is good for correcting a slice. Players who struggle with making consistent contact also benefit from the larger club head and high launching nature.

The Callaway Rogue ST Max OS irons come with 3 stock options in graphite and one stock option in steel. The first option in graphite is the Project X Cypher Black 50 HB/ IR graphite which come in a light flex. The other two shafts come in regular flex graphite by Mitsubishi Chemical Tensei AV Blue 65 HB/IR Graphite which is also available in 75g, 10 grams heavier than the 65g shaft. The shaft for the steel shafted irons are built in two different flexes in both regular and stiff. These shafts are the True Temper Elevate 85 MPH Steel in their respective flexes. In addition to that, if you are interested in custom shaft offerings there will be ones available from roughly 10 different brands from graphite to steel in varying flexes. Whole new game with these. Can't think of any other brand I would like better. Price was great for what they are. Thanks Zack for getting to spend the money.

I know, I know they are tools and who cares what they look like if they can help lower your score.However it's a shame that after just a few rounds, they look beat up.No impact on playability but when you drop $800- $900 on 6 or 7 irons durability would be a nice bonus !!!

Sara recommended 3 choices for woods and irons. I settled on the TRS2 3W and TRS2 Hybrid with specific shafts she also recommended and the Golf Pride Tour Wrap G2 grips I preferred. I selected the Mizuno JPX923 Hot Metal Pro Irons and got the 4-PW and added the G, L and S wedges with the shafts Sara recommended and the same grips I preferred. This combo is the best I have ever hit providing me with great satisfaction almost each time I hit the ball as I still, occasionally, hit a bad shot but that’s on me and not the club selection. Sara really was spot on with her selection of clubs for me and I also was recommended the Scotty Cameron Phantom putter which is the best putter I have ever had. Thanks again Sara! Really appreciate your knowledge and help!
