The Orvis Battenkill Disc Spey Fly Reel is a dependable reel to pair with a spey rod. Sharing its looks with the classic Battenkill reel, it features increased drag power from six interacting stainless steel and carbon drag surfaces. A ported jewel finish completes the classic look of the reel that any spey fly angler would find useful. Key Features:
- Sealed Drag – Built with the same drag system as the Hyrdos reel, this will withstand the elements and allow the angler to stop fish.
- Easy To Use Drag Adjust System – The drag is simple to change with just the turn of a knob.
- Mid Arbor Design – The design allows for the benefits of a large arbor while maintaining the look and feel of the traditional Battenkill reel.
