The Orvis Encounter felt wading boots are an ideal wading boot for the angler who is just starting or the angler who does not frequently use wading boots. The EVA midsole and padded collar help add comfort, especially when wearing all day. The capped heel and toe aid with durability.

Comfortable boot
Originally posted at www.orvis.com on Dec 1, 2024The boots are comfortable and appear to be well built. I’ve had them out on several guide trips and there have been no complaints. I also wore them initially. NOTE: they have already been “upsized” to fit over waders so need to go a size larger than your normal shoe size.
