Best performing travel rod I've owned!
Originally posted at www.orvis.com on Oct 12, 2023Just received mine this fall, used it in September and a few times in the cool fall weather in Canada and it's been fantastic! I travel for work and in the rod tube I've been able to take the rod in my backpack with some flies and the reel for doing trips and flights without issue. The performance is 1000 times better than my other rods. Fantastic product and very satisfied with every aspect dealing with Orvis!

Originally posted at www.orvis.com on Sep 29, 2023I got to use my 6 pc. 6 wt 9 ft Orvis Rod numerous times this past summer in Colorado and Wyoming. I like the little dots for easy lineup as you assemble the roof for use. I like it’s compact ease for long walks. It feels and handles comfortably and the cast feels a lot of what I am used to with my Orvis Trident Rod.
