The Cobra King Snakebite Wedge are a great wedge for someone who is looking for maximum spin as well as great feel. The spin comes from the Snake Bite grooves while the feel comes from the softer metal that they use. Offered in 3 different sole grind and bounce options to fit most players. Not as forgiving as a cavity back wedge but great for the player looking for control and accuracy.

  • Great spin from Snake Bite grooves
  • Great feel from softer metal
  • Nice options for grinds
  • Not the most forgiving

Does Cobra make good wedges?
Cobra is one of the premium brands in golf weaponry, their sticks are notorious for having extra bite, and this may leave you asking whether their wedges, such as the Cobra King Snakebite Wedge is worth all the hype. Well, the design is definitely unique, as it promotes more spin, and therefore should help you bite into the green so to speak. In all my years using Cobra clubs, I have yet to be disappointed with a single set, so I will confidently say that yes, the Snakebite is one of the better wedges out there, especially for its price range.
