The Osprey Atmos AG 50 is a pack for lightweight backpacking. Its 50-liter volume makes it ideal for shorter outings or packing light for a longer trip. Originally posted at www.osprey.com on Jun 3, 2024The atmos ag 50/65 is THE BEST backpacking pack out there hands down. I personally use the 50 L and it is the perfect size for 1-3 night trips. It is extremely comfortable with around 30lbs of gear. I love the sleeping bag pocket on the bottom of the pack, absolute necessity and only a feature on the atmos AG NOT the atmos LT. The removable lid is also a welcome feature when you’re trying to go lightweight.

50 is just right
Posted on Jan 28, 2024Had a 40 liter but I'm not a gram weenie. If you're more than full gear guy you may even more liters. Love the osprey line. Comfy and adjustable. Got to play with adjustments till you get it right. I'm a 19 1/2 and I'd say I'm at the limit of this s/m . It's a little over 4 lbs. But it's holds my gear nicely . Side pockets and inner mesh to separate things, plus the outer mesh for easy access items. Brain Also has plenty of room for that easy grab.
